There’s a moment we’re living in right now — a precipice — where the future feels uncertain, fragile, and deeply unsettled. But imagination has always been the starting point for change.

From this point forward, we get to decide how we move, what we stand for, and the kind of world we’re actively working to build. As we set the tone for 2026, this is the mindset guiding everything we do at InspiredMinds!: imagining a better future — and choosing to act on it, now.

At InspiredMinds!, we’ve never shied away from the hard work. Through our community — and through platforms like World Summit AI — we bring people together in times of uncertainty, because unity is powerful. It’s how progress happens. It’s how we take on the biggest challenges of our time, together.

Alongside this work, the InspiredMinds! Foundation continues to support underrepresented groups across AI, technology, education, and beyond — because opportunity should never be dictated by circumstance.

This year, I’ll also be committing myself personally to that mission. I’ll be taking on a series of extreme physical challenges, including the Montane Spine Race — known as Britain’s most brutal race — a 108-mile crossing of the Pennine Way under some of the harshest conditions imaginable.

It feels painfully appropriate at a time when brutalities against women and underrepresented groups are unfolding across the world. While others are living through unimaginable adversity, I’ll be pushing my own limits to raise funds to help evacuate women and girls from war zones, support access to education, contribute to building a School of the Future in Qatar, and further the work of the InspiredMinds! Foundation and our partners.

Storm warnings have already been issued. Whether the race goes ahead sits on a knife-edge. But one thing is certain — every step I take will be in solidarity with those facing far greater challenges than this.
