If you could solve any global problem in the world with AI, what would it be?

I'd like to solve the global lack of AI engineers with a sustainable mindset. Why solve single problems if you can solve for the driving force that is needed to solve them!

What do you think are the 3 most important things for business in relation to AI at the moment?

Make sure your data is collected in a proper manner, you do not want to find out in 3 years that you should have recorded info as of today.
Especially for smaller organizations, don't try to build AI on your data when it is similar to others (no you are not special).
When using business software like CRMs, Bookkeeping, or other ERP-like software, choose one that has a clear AI roadmap. This is going to help you in the long run.

What do you see as the 3 most important things for humanity in relation to AI at the moment?

Better education world wide (More AI for Good engineers)
Teaching engineers that they bare responsibility for how their technology is used
Applying AI towards the SDGs.

How do you think AI will make its biggest mark in the next 5/10/20 years?

Automating tedious work that now has to be done by highly educated professionals giving them room to apply their unique skill and time on more relevant tasks.

What advice would you give executives as they determine how best to employ AI across their business?

Make sure your data is collected properly!

What's driving today's progress in AI?

Higher quality data that is being collected over the past couple of years.

What will take AI capabilities to the next level?

More open data sharing between organizations and software products.

What two people do you admire most in the world of AI in terms of their work?

Buster Franken
Andrew Ng.

Why did you choose to present at the WSAI series this year?

We were invited to bring some AI for Good to the event. A plea we gladly fulfil!

What are your personal goals from the Summit?

Getting some feasible proposal for how AI can be applied for Good an than actually execute them in one of our Challenges!

What are you most excited about taking part in the WSAI series?

Announcing the AI for Good Challenge(s) that will actually be executed during a plenary session.
