Ahead of World Summit AI Americas (24th-24th April 2024, Palais de congrès de Montréal, Montréal), we asked Alison Cossette, Founder of Patrun, her thoughts on the future of AI.
If you could solve any global problem in the world with AI, what would it be and why?
I am driven to take on the problem of human contribution to AI models.
What do you think are the 3 most important things for businesses in relation to AI at the moment?
Right now we are facing a few major hurdles. One is that the pace of the technology is outpacing guidelines. We have new technologies that enable content creation such as deepfakes with ease and no bounds.
What are you most excited about taking part in the WSAI Series?
We are presenting in the Startup Showcase and can't wait to share how we are taking on fair training in AI models.
